Vision Truck Group is searching for a motivated, proven transportation sales professional to join our Mack Truck Sales Team in the GTA. Successful candidate(s) demonstrate their ability to satisfy the transportation needs of all prospective buyers including: small to mid-size fleets, owner operators, private companies and a variety of vocational truck buyers and be willing to sell both new and used trucks to current and potential customers. The selected candidate will develop a competent knowledge of truck specifications and be capable of showing the unique features and product performance of the Mack Truck product line. He/she will make customer and prospect calls, generate contact reports, complete sales orders, share duty-day rotation with the team, process sales-related paperwork and maintain a follow-up system in order to build future business. This position requires prior sales experience and strong closing skills. Previous sales experience in the heavy trucking industry is preferred. Excellent communication and follow up skills are required. Candidate must qualify for a DZ license.
